WAY OF WORK

Operations of the committee is governed by the bye-law of the society.

A new committee is elected annually in a general body meeting by members.

Voting rights only for registered members who have paid the annual subscription fee.

Elected executive committee select office bearers. 

As per bye-law, recurring committee meetings will be scheduled by Secretary.

All decisions and approvals are taken in committee meetings with required quorum.

Minutes of all committee meeting are taken and kept in office for reference.

Our office mange the operations of the school bus.

Financial reports, working report, audit report and budget are presented in annual general body meeting for approval.
